The past couple weeks have been crazy, so the gym really has been an escape. Not every work out felt good. There were a few days where I ran out of steam before I felt like I was finished. But it was my escape.
When life gets busy, it can be easy to look at fitness as another thing to put on the list, or another burden. It’s easy to say “I have so much going on, why am I adding one more thing to my day?”
But working out, even for a few minutes, really can help you feel better. It can help you relieve stress. It can help let off some frustration from the day.
Keep pushing! Keep working! Figure out how to get that time in when it seems there is no time, even if it’s just a quick run around the block.
