Monday Motivation 3/5/18

Love this!

How often do you wake up and just don’t want to go to the gym? You’re not too sore or anything, you just don’t feel like it?

I had several days like this in the past few weeks, but I have goals I want to achieve. I know that it’s so much easier not to go to the gym, but I always feel so much better when I do! Sometimes I have to cut it short because I am hurting or I have somewhere to be, but I always feel so much better!

Keep this in mind when you’re struggling. For many of us, the gym is our place to get away. It’s our time to dedicate to ourselves. It can be hard and it can hurt, but the end result makes it worth it!
