One of the reasons I have problems with those diets that only last a short amount of time is because they don’t address this issue right here. Sure, you will probably lose weight in 14 days, but when the time is up, then what? Are you just going to go back to the same way you were eating?
Living a healthy life takes time and consistency. It means you have to take a real hard look at yourself. You have to really think about your daily habits, the things both big and small that have a negative impact on your health. It’s hard to do this. Nobody likes thinking about their flaws, but if you really want to see lasting change, you have to change.
