Uuuuuuuuuh uugh! My workout yesterday wasn’t really super hard but it kicked my butt and today I’m feeling it! It was one I found on Pinterest and it looked easy enough. I slightly modified it because I’m not as in great shape, but it was enough!

20 knees to chest
The posted workout I found had toe-to-bar instead of knees to chest, but like I said, even modified, it was enough!!
