Workout Wednesday- An upper body day

I don’t do this often enough but I always love writing down the workout I did for the day. This was from yesterday. 

As you can see I first did a descending ladder (yes, I realize I misspelled that on the paper!) For dumbbell bench press, alternating curls, and 1-armed row. I don’t do this as much as I used to but I like increasing the weight each set while decreasing the reps.

Then I alnernated hammer curls with a seated dumbbell press. After that I did the wide grip lat pull down and tricep kickback. I’m not sure how much weight I did with the lat pull down. It’s one of those machines that has stacked plates and each one is numbered. There’s a chart that shows how much weight each number is. I don’t know why they don’t just have the weight written in the stack, but whatever!

As always, I think these are pretty basic and easy moves that most anyone can do at whatever weight you feel comfortable doing! Hope this gives someone an idea for a workout!
