I took last week off to celebrate my son’s birthday (I can’t believe I have an 8 year old!), spend some time with the kids, and finish up back to school shopping. Yep! It’s the first day of school and this mama is celebrating!!
Now that the kids are in school I can focus more on some projects I’ve had cooking up. I won’t go into details now but I have some fun stuff in the works!!
If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen a picture I shared recently. This picture is the scale with my weight from that morning. Itay not seem like a big deal, but I debated whether or not I was going to share it. In the end I decided to go ahead and do it. YOLO, right?
To some this may not seem like a big deal but this is the result of a ton of hard work. A couple months ago I was more in the 152-153 pound range. Over the past couple months I worked my butt off to change my diet and step up my workout routine. I wasn’t doing bad before but I definitely needed a change to get the results I wanted. And I’m getting there. One day I may be brave enough to share a picture of my body.
If you have hit a plateau or you’re not seeing the results you want, it’s okay. Don’t give up! You may need to make some changes in your diet or routine, but the end result will be totally worth it! Stick with it!!!!
