Workout Wednesday

I haven’t really done anything exciting workout wise this past week. I’ve been sticking to my routine. I was trying to figure out what I would share today but Facebook helped me out! On the memory thing, this picture popped up from a year ago. I hit a new deadlift PR of 200 lbs! As you can see, I was pretty dang excited about that. I doubt I could come close to that now but someday I’ll have a new PR!
