If my counting is correct, this is week 26 of the year which means we’re about 1/2 way through the year! Can you believe it! It seems like the year has flown by!
Time to take a moment and think about your goals! How are you doing? Have you had to change anything or make some adjustments? I’ve had to change some of mine due to changing circumstances. It’s a bit frustrating at first, but then I got to re-evaluate what it is I really want and make plans from there.
If you’re not where you want to be right now, take a moment and look at what you have accomplished! If your goal was to lose weight and you’re not at the weight you want to be at this point, look at how much you have lost, or how your clothes are fitting. If your goal was to hit a certain time in a race and you just haven’t yet, take a moment to be proud of how much you have improved your time. I think sometimes we focus so much on how far we have left to go that we forget about all that’s behind us, and the journey is just as important as the destination.
