Hey friends! You may have noticed I haven’t been as active on here lately. I’ve had a lot going on, things that are taking up time and mental energy. I’m hoping to get back to it soon!

We all go through this, right? We get in the groove of something and life happens and throws off our groove.

Had to know that was coming, right? For many of us, this pertains to every day life and our fitness routine. I’ve been there many times, but you know what? I keep coming back because it’s something I love.

Make fitness something you love, and you’ll keep coming back to it. Find that thing that makes you keep coming back. I’ll be back here soon!
