It’s Spring Break this week for the kiddos, so my workout routine will have to change a little bit. No problem! With a fitness routine, you need to be able to stay flexible. Sometimes things come up that make it so you can’t hit the gym or you have to workout at a different time, or whatever. Be flexible and don’t let that de-rail your progress!
I still haven’t quite decided what I’m going to do today. Not only do I have the kids home, but it’s a wet, rainy morning, so I can’t really do anything outside. I’ll figure it out though!
On another note, I’ve been having fun with my little challenge. Today is Day 6 for me, which is hydration. Fun stuff!!
