The sun is shining, and it is a beautiful day!! This post is coming in a little later than usual, but better late than never!
Today, I decided to borrow from my book Monday Motivation. This is week 6 of the year, so let’s go with week 6 of the book!
“Who is on your side?
Fitness is so much easier when we have a support team. Who is there supporting you? Your spouse? Best friend? Co-workers? Whoever it is, they’re all rooting for you.
Having a good support network is super important. Not everyone around you will be accommodating of your new lifestyle, but those closest to you will (hopefully) do what they can to help you out.
Even better? They might join you! Getting family and friends to join you will make life so much easier! If your spouse/significant other/roommates are also working to eat better, then you won’t have the temptation sitting there in the pantry. You’ll have a workout partner. You’ll have someone that understands why you can’t move the next day.
Not everyone is so lucky to have this, so I really hope you’re able to get this support. I’m always available if you need a little nudge!”
