When thinking about and planning goals, it’s important to look at where you are right now. In terms of fitness, where are you? If you haven’t already, this would be a good week to see where you are. See how many push ups you can do with out stopping? How fast can you run a mile? How much weight can you lift? Whatever your goal is, see where you are now. In a couple months, do a check to see how far you’ve come. It’s always fun to look back and see far you have come.
