What is your favorite thing about fitness?

Is it that post-work out exhaustion that lets you know you did a good job?
Hitting that new PR?
The community?
Cute work out clothes?Improved health?

It’s easy to forget about these things when you’re tired, in a funk, or just don’t wanna do it. If you haven’t seen any changes or growth, it’s easy to get discouraged.

On those days when you just really don’t want to work out, do it! Most of the time, you’ll feel so much better when it’s done. It’s those small decisions, small steps that bring about the big change. Keep going!
