It’s everyone’s favorite day!
For some of us, the kids are out of school. Many of us are experiencing a deep freeze. And the count down to Christmas continues!
I’m going to be taking a break from my usual workout today as it is 19 degrees outside with a windchill of 10! Not ideal weather for working out outside. Time to improvise!
How will you adjusts your workouts with these frigid temperatures? Will you just add an extra layer of clothes and hit the road, or will you move your workout in doors? Just because it’s freezing out there doesn’t mean you should stop working out! If anything, this is the time you need to be working!
What’s the saying… Summer bodies are made in the winter…? If you wait until the temperatures start rising again, you’re not going to have that “beach body” you’re working towards. (If that’s your goal. If it’s not, well then, ignore this part!)
