Fall is finally here! Yay! When I was in high school, this meant Cross Country. I miss those days. Texas is waiting for it to cool down, but once it does, it is beautiful! We may not have all the pretty colors, but you can’t beat the weather.

With those cooling temperatures comes sweaters, hoodies and jackets. Time to cover up and warm up. Now, it’s super easy to start getting lazy. I get it. It’s getting darker and colder, so it’s harder to get out and work out. The holidays are coming and it’s easy to eat, drink, and be merry. And If we pack on a few pounds, so what? No one will be able to tell what’s under our layers of clothes, and we can just work it off next year, right?

Well, yes, but do you really want to do that? So many of us worked so hard to get our “Summer Body” or to hit some goal weight or fitness milestone.

This year, don’t let the colder weather derail your progress. Don’t get to the point where you have to start over next year. I know it’s hard, but you can do it! I believe in you!
